Venu-Core
Project Overview
Venu-Core translates years of hospitality ops knowledge into a single system for reservations, analytics, table management, kitchen displays, server handhelds, CMS, and campaign tooling. I conceived and built the platform so restaurants, clubs, and hybrid venues could run nightly service and long-range planning from one workspace without stitching together half a dozen vendors.
My Contributions
Led product strategy end to end: mapped user journeys for FOH, BOH, and marketing teams, defined the feature architecture, designed every surface from dashboards to kitchen displays, built the initial codebase, and produced investor + onboarding collateral to spin up pilot venues quickly.
