Minitools
Project Overview
Minitools is a suite of browser-based utilities that commerce teams use to batch product uploads, clean catalog data, translate listings, and validate SEO fields. I positioned the product as a “mini toolbox” of focused scripts so operators could unlock efficiencies without committing to a heavy platform.
My Contributions
Defined the product narrative, mapped the highest-friction workflows with the merchandising team, created the naming and identity system, and prototyped a marketing site plus in-app UI kit that explains each tool with concise use cases.
